2023年3月20日 Clarivate科睿唯安網站公告，目前有500多種期刊被 flagged，因質量不達標，50多種期刊今年已被移出Web of Science 收錄名單。
( At the start of the year, more than 500 journals were flagged. Our investigations are ongoing and thus far, more than 50 of the flagged journals have failed our quality criteria and have subsequently been de-listed. )
這些被移除的期刊分佈很廣，其中約一半由大型商業出版社出版，另一半則由小型或協會出版社出版。其中不乏大型出版社包含MDPI、Hindawi…等多本知名期刊已經被Web of Science從SCI、SSCI撤銷，被撤銷的期刊在Master Journal list 裏查不到，這也意味期刊在當年新版的JCR中會失去Impact Factor值。
提醒同仁投稿前務必進行Master Journal list查詢，並注意JCR公告之警告期刊清單，避開有問題的期刊以免影響投稿權益。
